Two's Class curriculum

Our two year old curriculum focuses on continuing milestones including speech and language processing and begin to introduce an educational curriculum. The focus is getting children ready for pre-k. They do a short circle time which includes songs and books to introduce shapes, numbers and letters. The classroom is center based including a dramatic play area, block area, small manipulative area, art table, library area. Children are broken down into small groups for instruction and activities. Potty training typically begins around this age and is again based on each child's readiness to start. Our teachers work in partnerships with the family to get the child comfortable around potty training concepts.
